My approach to therapy is Psychodynamic. Psychodynamic therapy is a depth-oriented process that unfolds over time. In my work, I pay close attention to:

• relational patterns that repeat across life
• emotional responses that feel difficult to change
• early attachment experiences and their impact
• internal conflicts and protective defences

This work is collaborative, reflective, and non-directive. It is not about advice or quick solutions, but about developing a deeper and more integrated understanding of yourself.
